Environment executions
Contextual kills performed with a specific object, location or setup — the telephone pole, the register, the campfire. These are the executions most often required by Challenges.

An execution that does not register is almost always a placement or timing problem, not a bug. Check the requirements on the individual page before anything else.

Execution didn’t count?
- The execution played but the Challenge did not complete.
- Check that the Challenge names the execution you used. A Challenge that asks for an environment execution is not satisfied by a weapon execution, even if both end the same way.
- The prompt never appeared on the object.
- The setup has to be reachable while the prompt is still available. If the object was already used, or the target was not positioned for it, the prompt will not appear again on that object.
- The kill happened but counted as a normal kill.
- Environment executions have to be triggered from their own prompt. Finishing the target with a regular attack at the same object does not register as the execution.
These are the failure modes the data supports. We do not list a cause we cannot verify.
