Prestige adds timed, tiered Challenges on top of a progression track. Profile, Civilian, Michael Myers and supported weapons each have their own tiers, cost and pool of possible Challenges.

How Prestige works

One Attempt, One Challenge, One Time Limit

The flow is short. What matters is knowing which Challenge pool you are drawing from and what the target actually counts.

  1. Progress the relevant track
  2. Open Prestige
  3. Pay the attempt cost
  4. Receive a Prestige Challenge
  5. Complete the target within its time limit
  6. Advance the Prestige tier

Prestige becomes available after the relevant progression requirement is met. Exact starting-level requirements are only shown where the current data confirms them, so this page does not print a fixed level per track.

Prestige Not Working?

Start from the symptom. Most Prestige problems come down to which track you are looking at, or to a Challenge that counts something slightly different from what the text suggests.

Check these five things first

The Prestige option is not available
Check that you are looking at the correct Profile, Civilian, Michael or Weapon progression track. Do not use another track’s level as the requirement, and do not assume a fixed starting level.
I started Prestige but do not understand the Challenge
Use the Challenge Finder below: choose your subject and Prestige tier, then compare the active Challenge against the confirmed pool for that tier.
My Challenge is not progressing
Check the exact tracked requirement and target. A similarly worded action may not use the same counter.
I failed the Challenge
A retry costs more Perk Points than the base attempt. The exact retry formula is not confirmed.
I got a different Challenge than someone else
That is expected to be possible: a Prestige tier contains a pool of eligible Challenges. The pool membership is known, but the exact selection weighting is not.

Common Prestige questions

A Prestige Challenge that completes but does not advance the tier is a different problem from one that never counts.

10. Michael has a separate Prestige track from Profile and from Civilians.
Which weapons can Prestige?
Hatchet, Kitchen Knife, Pick-Axe, Pitchfork and Wood Axe currently have explicit Prestige 1–5 data.
How much does Prestige cost?
