Why did I get a different Challenge?
A Profile Prestige tier contains a confirmed pool of eligible Challenges, so two attempts can return different entries. Which entries are eligible is known; how the game weights one against another is not.
The same 28 confirmed Challenges are the eligible pool for every Profile tier. One entry scales with the tier: “Kill {X} terrified victims by throwing the Hatchet” needs 30 at Prestige 1 and 39 at Prestige 10.
How Profile Prestige Works
- Meet the Profile Prestige requirementProfile Prestige is a track of its own. Its starting-level threshold is not part of the recovered data, so this page does not name a level.
- Start an attemptThe confirmed base attempt cost is 5,000 Perk Points, and it is the same for every Profile tier.
- Receive one Challenge from the poolThe tier draws one Challenge from its confirmed pool of 28 possible Challenges. Which one you get is not exposed by the game data.
- Complete its exact target in timeThe attempt is timed: 1 Day. Read the target before planning a route you cannot finish in that window.
- Advance Profile PrestigeCompleting the timed Challenge advances the Prestige tier. Failing it means a retry costs more Perk Points.
Only one Prestige Challenge is attempted at a time. Starting another chain is not expected to create a second active Prestige Challenge.
Profile Prestige has a progression requirement. The exact starting-level threshold is not part of the recovered Prestige data, so this guide does not substitute the Profile Level cap for it.

- 5,000 Perk Points
- Applies to

If you do not complete the challenge in time, you will have to use more Perk Points to try again.
Profile Prestige vs the Other Tracks
Profile Level vs Profile Prestige
- Profile Level
- The normal account-wide XP progression. It goes up from playing, without a Challenge attempt.
- Profile Prestige
- A separate challenge-based layer. It only moves when a timed Prestige Challenge is completed.
Four separate Prestige tracks
- Profile Prestige
- 10 tiers and one account-wide Challenge pool. This page covers it.
- Civilian Prestige
- Belongs to one specific playable Civilian, not to your profile.
- Michael Myers Prestige
- Michael-specific, with its own tiers.
- Weapon Prestige
- Belongs to one supported weapon.
A Profile tier number says nothing about any Civilian, Michael Myers or weapon tier. They are independent tracks with their own tiers, costs and Challenge pools.
Profile Prestige Not Working?
Check these five things first
- Profile Prestige is not available
- Confirm you are in Profile progression and not Civilian, Michael or Weapon progression. Each of those is a separate Prestige track. The exact starting-level threshold is not part of the recovered data, so this page does not name a level to reach.
- My Challenge is not progressing
- Find the exact entry below and work through it in order: check the tracked action, check the exact target, confirm the Prestige attempt is still active, then recheck the result before assuming a similarly worded action counts.
- I failed the Challenge
- A retry costs more Perk Points than the base attempt of 5,000 Perk Points. The exact retry increase is not confirmed, so no retry total is calculated here.
- I got a different Challenge than someone else
- That is expected: each tier draws from a pool of 28 confirmed possible Challenges. Search the one you were given to confirm its exact target, then compare it with the rest of the pool for your tier.
- The Challenge I was given is not in this list
- Check the subject first. Profile, Civilian, Michael Myers and Weapon Prestige each have their own pool, so a Civilian or Weapon Challenge will not appear in the Profile pool.
Profile Prestige FAQ
- How many Profile Prestige tiers are there?
- 10, and each one has its own Challenge pool.
- How much does a Profile Prestige attempt cost?
- 5,000 Perk Points is the confirmed base attempt cost, and every Profile tier uses the same amount. A failed attempt costs more Perk Points to retry, but the exact increase is not confirmed.
- How long does a Profile Prestige Challenge last?
- 1 Day. The attempt is timed, so check the exact target before starting a route you cannot finish in that window.
- How many Challenges can a Profile Prestige tier give me?
- 28 confirmed possible Challenges. The data lists which Challenges are eligible, but not how one is selected.
- Do higher Profile Prestige tiers have different Challenges?
- The confirmed pool is the same 28 Challenges in every tier, and 27 of them have identical targets. One entry scales with the tier: “Kill {X} terrified victims by throwing the Hatchet” needs 30 at Prestige 1 and 39 at Prestige 10.
- Why did I get a different Challenge than someone else?
- A Profile Prestige tier contains a pool of eligible Challenges, so two attempts can return different ones. The pool membership is known; the selection weighting is not.
- Can I choose or reroll a Profile Prestige Challenge?
- The recovered data confirms the eligible pool, not the selection or reroll interaction, so this page does not claim either way.
- Where do I see the exact target of my Challenge?
- Search the Challenge you were given above. Every pool entry carries the exact target that tier tracks, so you can confirm the number instead of guessing.
- Is Profile Prestige the same as Civilian or Weapon Prestige?
- No. Profile Prestige is account-wide. Civilian Prestige belongs to one Civilian, Michael Myers has his own Prestige track, and Weapon Prestige belongs to one supported weapon.
- Which achievement is tied to Profile Prestige?
- Determination — Successfully Prestige your profile.
