Halloween Troubleshooting FAQ

Why isn't my escape working?
Check the exact escape and, for Gate or Cellar, the interaction variant in front of you. Confirmed item requirements are variant-specific and do not transfer between escapes.
Why isn't an item at a mapped source?
A mapped pin marks the exact source container or hiding spot. Its contents can still be randomized, so the pin is not a guaranteed item spawn.
Why is a hiding spot empty?
Hiding spots use an any-loot chance that may be under 100%. Empty is a possible state and does not describe the chance of a specific item.
Why didn't my Challenge complete?
Select the chapter and Challenge. Requirement, opportunity window and ordering constraints vary, and this page only reports what is currently confirmed.
Why can't I find a location on the map?
Some locations are mapped as exact gameplay points, while others are listed as landmarks without a precise pin. Story areas and Multiplayer maps are separate.
