No. This tool compares stats, Unique Traits and Perks only. Exact unlock rules are listed on the Characters hub and on each Civilian page.
Does it show starting items or default weapons?
No. Starting items and default weapons are not published here.
Is Calvin a separate character?
No. Calvin is an alias for Eric Dunn. Search and the selector resolve Calvin to Eric Dunn. There is no separate player-facing Civilian named Calvin.
